PHCSE WELCOMES YOUR HELP until December 4th. We are taking part in #GivingTuesday, the international movement to bring attention to philanthropy, donations, and kind actions. Your contributions will help fund our entrepreneurial program for our truly amazing students.

The mission of Advancing Youth Initiative (AYI) is to support the health, welfare, and educational interests of the Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE), a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation that is exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The AYI is a nonprofit corporation established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

AYI is the philanthropic arm of PHCSE. AYI seeks and accepts donations and resources that will help students reach their full potential and discover the pathways for lifelong success.

The purposes for which the AYI is organized and operated are exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and, in furtherance of these purposes, the AYI may:

Operate exclusively for the support and benefit of the School, its affiliated or controlled organizations, and other organizations in the greater Penn Hills area that share the School’s educational interests and values that are publicly supported charities as defined under the Code;
Receive contributions from whatever source whether unrestricted or for designated purposes and hold the same for such designated purposes or subject to any conditions specified in the terms of the gift or grant and in furtherance of the purposes of the AYI described herein;
Operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and solely for such purposes exercise all rights and powers conferred by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania upon nonprofit corporations.
