We C.A.R.E. About Our School Community
For the 2021-2022 school year PHCSE’s Board of Trustees approved an American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER Health & Safety Plan). Within this plan, our goal is to safely educate 100% of students in-person by practicing proven COVID-19 mitigation strategies and following CDC and local/state health department guidelines.
