REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE/DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SERVICES

The Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative/Development Manager services for the development of a new facility for Dominus High School.

The project will support the expansion of PHCSE to serve grades K-12. The proposed facility is anticipated to be approximately 35,000 – 50,000 square feet and is targeted to open in Fall 2027. PHCSE is evaluating development options including new construction or renovation of an existing building within the Penn Hills School District.
